Mental health problems experienced by our children and teenagers are on the increase with reports of anxiety, depression and self-harm at the top of the list.

I offer help and support for teenagers suffering with anxiety.  I run a weekly group for young people between the ages of 11 and 18.  The group runs weekly, term time only.  The group environment is especially useful for adolescents with anxiety as it gives them the opportunity to receive feedback on their thinking and feelings, fears and worries, within a supportive and nurturing environment with others in a similar situation.

In the group we cover the topics listed below:

Maximum 8 participants per group
